Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on orders $100+. 
 

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Calculated Shipping: For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Made-to-Order Items: As items are custom made to order, orders go into production as soon as they are placed and typically take 7-10 days to create and ship. Most items ship in under 1 week, depending on production times.
  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1–3 business days. 
  • High-Demand Periods: Processing times may extend; however, rest assured your order is being prepared.
  • If you need your order by a certain date – please contact  sale@reedyville.com before placing your order and we will let you know if we have it in stock to ship out! Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

Note: Please keep in mind that your shipping method starts as soon as your order is processed and shipped and does not include production time. Processing time varies based on whether your item is made to order or in stock.

  • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed with expedited shipment methods. Shipping methods will not be refunded if your order is delivered late due to a carrier delay.  ALL shipping fees and shipping methods cannot be changed and are non-refundable once your order or part of your order has shipped. 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Orders can only be modified before production begins. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside of the US.

Delivery Guarantees

  • Estimated Delivery: While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival dates due to potential carrier delays for standard or expedited shipping.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order or part of your order has been shipped.
